Overview
The SSM Health Saint Louis University Emergency Medicine Residency Grand Round Series provides access to experts in clinical care, teaching, and research. It is an opportunity to engage with the leading voices in emergency medicine on a broad range of topics including clinical care, research education and advocacy. 

Objectives
  1. Compare competently pathophysiology and epidemiology of disease process or subject related to the broad field of Emergency Medicine, specifically but not limited to time-critical diagnoses Trauma, Cardiac Care and Stroke Care.
  2. Recognize and improve diagnosis of specific diseases.
  3. Apply differential diagnosis related to subject matter, and diagnostic testing necessary to determine treatment plans.
  4. Treat and manage disease process, with awareness of appropriate follow-up and available resources, including speciality consultants, related to the specific topics.
