ELEVATE PX is a gather bringing together the voices of the global community committed to transforming the human experience in healthcare.  ELEVATE PX is a dynamic, interactive event connecting the community for learning, support and the sharing of ideas to positively impact the experience in healthcare organizations around the world.



Objectives
  1. Compare proven practices from numerous healthcare settings that you can apply in your own facilities
  2. Develop connections with peers dedicated to improving the patient experience and build a support network as you tackle this critical issue
  3. Implement steps in ensuring that patient experience is not only part of your quality and service agenda, but also is a key business strategy for your organization
  4. Create new ways to exemplify patient experience excellence


Elevate PX is designed for leaders and practitioners who are improving the patient experience with roles in such areas as: Executive Leadership, Physician/Nurse Leadership, Volunteer Leadership, Patient Experience/Satisfaction, Patient and Family Advocacy, Marketing/Community Outreach, Quality/Safety Operations, HR/Organization Development, Clinical Education/Staff Development, Patient and Family Advisors.  Attendees will experience educational sessions and live networking activities. Learn from thought leaders who are addressing the issue of patient experience within healthcare. Take away proven practices from numerous healthcare settings that you can apply in your own facilities, make lasting connections with peers dedicated to improving the patient experience and build a support network as you tackle this critical issue, take an important step in ensuring that patient experience is not only part of your quality and service agenda, but also is a key business strategy for your organization, discover new ways to exemplify patient experience excellence.

Saint Louis University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation:

 Saint Louis University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Grievance Policy & Procedure

The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards and the SLU CME Program Mission is the responsibility of the CME Program Director in consultation with the CME Program Accrediting Director & CME Chairperson, and the Continuing Education Committee. While Saint Louis University CME Program attempts to anticipate issues and assure fair treatment for all participants to conduct and experience valid and successful CME activities, there may be occasional issues which require intervention and/or action on the part of the CME Program. To register a complaint or grievance with the Saint Louis University CME Program:

Submit a written, detailed complaint or grievance to [email protected] Complaints will be reviewed by the Program Director and addressed or transferred to the appropriate level for review:

  • Answers and/or actions taken to rectify complaints will be documented and sent to those that provide contact information.
  • If appropriate, complaints will be reviewed at the CME Committee Meeting for members to discuss and find solutions to the area of complaint.
  • Compliance issues will automatically be moved up to the Accrediting Director for immediate review.
