Plastic Surgery Teaching Conference - 11/24/2026

The Plastic Surgery Teaching Conference is the core curriculum for the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Saint Louis University. The curriculum includes a combination of didactic and hands-on learning using traditional presentations, simulations, and hands-on laboratory studies. The lectures utilize didactic and case-based learning, follow a 2-year format, and covers all aspects of Plastic Surgery Practice. 

1. Obtain and apply competency in the management of Plastic Surgical patient problems
2. Develop the required technical skill and anatomic knowledge to operate independently.
3. Individualize the best treatment option for a specific patient.
4. Recognize how to function within the hospital system to achieve patient needs.
