Trauma Performance Improvement and Operations Meeting - 6/30/2027

Meeting focuses on the care of trauma patients at Cardinal Glennon, reviewing best practices, and identifying opportunities for improvement in care at our Level one pediatric trauma center.

1. Classify events based upon trauma performance improvement forms and guides and develop action plans to prevent occurrence
2. Review new best practice guidelines to determine how to implement in care.
3. Classify and review all traumatic deaths as well as develop any action planes related to process improvement initiatives.
