Overview
This course will be a review of updated information on optimal management of patients with hepatitis B, hepatitis C, NASH, autoimmune hepatitis, PBC, hepatocellular carcinoma and liver transplantation extracted from the data presented at the AASLD Liver Meeting 2021 in Anaheim, CA.

Objectives
  1. Evaluate implications of new strategies for treatment of viral hepatitis
  2. Discuss the changing concepts and strategies in management of Alcohol associated Liver Disease and Alcoholic Hepatitis
  3. Review the updates in treatment of autoimmune liver diseases
  4. Analyze the changing global epidemiology and new therapies of NAFLD and NASH
  5. Elaborate the updates in management of hepatocellular carcinoma
  6. Review the updates in the management liver cirrhosis complications including sarcopenia and frailty
  7. Evaluate the most recent updates in medical and surgical approaches to liver transplant
  8. Review the development in understanding of liver diseases and COVID-19

While Saint Louis University CME Program attempts to anticipate issues and assure fair treatment for all participants to conduct and experience valid and successful CME activities, there may be occasional issues which require intervention and/or action on the part of the CME Program. To register a complaint or grievance with the Saint Louis University CME Program:
