Overview
Hands-On Cadaver Workshop

Objectives
  1. Identify and critically analyze the typical and atypical changes associated with facial aging
  2. Discuss and evaluate the aesthetic and functional anatomy of the head and neck, and the interplay between the two- ie, how to maximize aesthetic results while still preserving vital structures
  3. Develop the manual skills required by practice on actual cadaver specimens so as to understand the "feel" of the multiple and varied tissue planes that exist in the human face and neck
  4. Perform basic and advanced facelifting techniques on specimens, for the management of the aging lower face, using open and endoscopic approaches
  5. Review and perform techniques to restore facial balance through alloplastic implants and autologous fat transfer
  6. Discuss and perform surgical procedures for treatment of the aging neck
